How do I cancel my 7 day free trial?
Cancelling your 7 day free trial with HowToTrade is easy! All you need to do is login to your account, click ‘View Your Profile’ on the top right hand side of your screen, select ‘Subscription’ and click ‘Cancel Subscription’. And that’s your free trial cancelled!
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancelling your membership with HowToTrade is easy (but sad for us)! All you need to do is login to your account, click ‘View Your Profile’ on the top right hand side of your screen, select ‘Subscription’ and click ‘Cancel Subscription’. And that’s it… We will miss you!
How do I change my profile name inside the Trading Room?
If you’d like to change your profile name, just drop us a message in the live chat or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our technical team will update your profile name.
How do I reset my password?
Easy. All you need to do is click the ‘forgot password’ option on the sign in box. You’ll be prompted to insert your email address - we’ll then send you an email so you can rest your password.
